McCabe Avenue Housing
HKA provided the architectural design for the gut and rehabilitation of eight existing townhomes. The new design of a two-story residence with a basement consisted of the following program: Living room; Dining room; Kitchen; three Bedrooms; one Full Bathroom; new stairs; new roof; exterior elevations; new mechanical and electrical services. The Owner has requested the renovated units include environmentally-friendly features.
