HKA was formed in 2004 and provides professional design services for clients in Baltimore City and the state of Maryland. We strive to develop strong and lasting relationships with clients. HKA is a minority and women owned business; M/WBE certified with the City of Baltimore; and MBE certified with Maryland State Department of Transportation (MDOT).
